I’m Jack Marmorstein, founder of Boss Coaching and Consulting. I’ve spent one half of my career growing technology businesses and the other half studying psychology and organizational dynamics.

I have seven patents and prototyped a billion dollar product at Rosetta Stone. I’ve been there at founding, IPO, and mergers and acquisitions. And I’ve led strategy, taken products to market, and trained teams on five continents.

Meanwhile, I’ve served as President of the A. K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems, trained as a coach at the Eco-Leadership Institute, and become a licensed counselor. I’ve delivered papers and led experiential learning on innovation, language and culture, group relations, and leadership from London to Beijing.
